Fitness Classes

Our classes consist of compound exercises where each exercise is perform with little rest in effort to maximize calorie burn. Each class is 45 minutes long, beginning with 5-7 minutes of dynamic warm up, followed by 25 minutes of the workout and then 5-7 minutes of cool down. All levels are welcomed! We modify all exercises based upon your fitness level.
